Henry W. DeLeeuw, M.D.
Dr. Henry DeLeeuw is a board-certified and fellowship trained spine surgeon at South Bend Spine, where he specializes in lower back treatments. He earned is undergraduate degree at Michigan State University in East Lansing and his medical degree at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. Dr. DeLeeuw completed a residency and fellowship training in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. DeLeeuw is a Fellow of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Indiana State Medical Association, the Indiana Orthopaedic Society and the Notre Dame Orthopaedic Society. Dr. DeLeeuw has privileges with Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center and Allied Physicians Surgery Center in South Bend. Dr. Henry DeLeeuw has specialized in spinal surgery for over 20 years. He is originally from Michigan and enjoys the close proximity from Northern Indiana. Dr. DeLeeuw chose South Bend Orthopaedics due to its solid reputation of providing excellent orthopaedic care for the community. He is married and has four children. The entire family loves the water and we frequent the beaches and harbors of Lake Michigan. Dr. DeLeeuw also enjoys turkey hunting. Northern Indiana has been a wonderful place to practice and raise my family.

Thomas J. Mango, M.D.
Dr. Thomas Mango completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL and his medical degree at Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of N.J., New Jersey Medical School in Newark. Dr. Mango furthered his education by completing fellowship training at George S. Schultz Orthopedic Research Laboratory, University of Medicine & Dentistry of N.J., New Jersey Medical School in Newark. Followed by fellowship-training in Spine Surgery at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Mango is a member of the International Spine Injection Society; the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons; the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society.
